1. Purpose and Nature of the Program
The Contributor Program is a community participation and recognition program. Its model is Contribution → Evaluation → Possible Recognition.
- Participation may include educational or creative content, community support, translations, ideas, research, design, technical or ecosystem contributions, and other useful contributions aligned with the project.
- Registration does not create a job, salary, guaranteed compensation, bounty entitlement, token entitlement or contract for automatic payment.
2. No Guarantee of Recognition or Grant
No contribution guarantees review within a particular time, recognition, compensation, a grant or any POPA allocation. Paws of Pampa may consider quality, consistency, usefulness, originality, impact, alignment, conduct and other relevant qualitative factors.
- Evaluation and recognition remain discretionary. The program does not use automatic scoring-to-payment or automatic allocation rules.
3. Program Capacity
Up to 750,000,000 POPA may be made available for the Contributor Program. This is maximum potential program capacity, not a guaranteed distribution pool.
- The full amount may not be distributed.
- No participant is guaranteed any amount.
- All or part of the potential capacity may remain unused.
4. Individual Grants, Vesting and Lock-up
If an individual grant is approved, separate grant-specific terms may govern it. Those terms may define the token amount, grant date, vesting, any applicable cliff, lock-up, release schedule, claim mechanics, and other conditions.
- There is no universal vesting schedule merely because someone registered or contributed, and registration does not itself create a grant.
- Only unvested or unearned portions may be subject to revocation where the applicable grant terms and relevant contract mechanics expressly permit it. These terms do not promise clawback or confiscation of vested or transferred tokens.
5. Independent Participation and No Authority
Participation alone does not make a contributor an employee, worker, contractor, agent, representative, spokesperson, financial adviser, partner or authorized promoter.
- Unless separately authorized in writing, contributors speak only for themselves, act independently, remain responsible for their conduct, cannot bind Paws of Pampa and cannot make commitments on its behalf.
- An official repost, like, follow, reply or interaction does not by itself appoint a contributor as a representative or spokesperson. A separately commissioned or sponsored campaign may have its own written instructions and disclosure requirements.
6. Communication Rules & Prohibited Conduct
These rules apply to content or conduct submitted for consideration, recognition or association with the Contributor Program.
A. Price, Return and Investment Claims
Do not state or imply 10x, 100x, 1000x, guaranteed appreciation or profit, likely profit, ROI, passive income, safe or risk-free investment, guaranteed returns, price targets, guaranteed future market capitalization, that holders will make money, or that POPA cannot lose value or is low/no risk.
- Do not use buy-now, last-chance, purchase-pressure FOMO or urgent acquisition calls.
- Words, memes, rockets, moon imagery, charts, emojis and similar symbols are prohibited when their context communicates or implies expected price appreciation, profit or investment return. This is not a blanket ban on a rocket emoji in unrelated non-financial contexts.
B. Unverified or False Project Claims
Do not make false, invented or unconfirmed claims about exchange listings, partnerships, audits, endorsements, sponsorships, donations, animal rescues, burns, liquidity locks, roadmap milestones, product releases, dates, allocations, vesting schedules, grant amounts, token distribution, legal approvals or regulatory approvals.
- Do not present rumors, speculation or assumptions as official confirmed information.
C. Market Manipulation and Artificial Activity
Do not coordinate pumps or buy campaigns, instruct others to move price or manipulate volume or liquidity, wash trade, create fake volume or holders, use deceptive wallet activity or artificial transaction patterns, or fabricate screenshots, performance metrics or community metrics.
- Purchased followers, likes, reposts or comments, engagement bots, spam, mass tagging, brigading and coordinated harassment are prohibited. These terms do not provide instructions for prohibited manipulation.
D. Misrepresentation and Apparent Authority
Unless separately authorized in writing, do not claim to be a Paws of Pampa employee, agent, official representative, spokesperson, financial adviser or official partner.
- Do not present personal opinions as official statements or create fake announcements, support accounts, registration forms, websites or social channels. Do not use logos, Pampa assets or branding in a way that creates false official attribution.
E. Financial and Promotional Misconduct
Do not provide personalized financial advice or tell another person how much POPA to buy, when to buy or sell, or how much to hold. Do not promise future grants or compensation based on posting.
- Do not hide a material connection, compensation, grant relationship or conflict of interest. Where a communication is sponsored, commissioned or materially connected to compensation or another benefit, any disclosure required by applicable rules or specific campaign instructions must be clear and conspicuous.
- Independent contributor posts are not automatically sponsored.
F. Security, Abuse and Unlawful Conduct
Do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, passwords or wallet recovery data; engage in phishing, fake support, impersonation, malicious links, malware, doxxing, threats, hate or harassment.
- Illegal content, copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized third-party content, and false charity, animal rescue or donation claims are prohibited.
7. Official Project Behavior and No Automatic Endorsement
Paws of Pampa may interact with, repost or reference community content. That interaction does not automatically approve every contributor statement, create employment or agency, create spokesperson status, or authorize future statements.
- This does not disclaim content specifically created, commissioned or officially approved by Paws of Pampa. Such content remains subject to its actual instructions and approvals.
8. Enforcement
Subject to applicable law and any existing grant-specific rights, Paws of Pampa may reject a contribution, decline recognition, suspend participation, block a participant, exclude future eligibility, and request correction or removal of misleading content, false official claims or false apparent-official branding.
- For an existing grant, only unvested or unearned portions may be revoked when both the applicable individual grant terms and the relevant contract or mechanics technically permit it. No unlimited clawback, vested-token confiscation or transferred-token confiscation is created by these terms.
9. No Investment Advice or Price Promise
The Contributor Program is not investment or financial advice, a price prediction, a promise of appreciation, liquidity or market performance. Receiving or potentially receiving POPA does not guarantee any value.
- Token and blockchain participation may involve substantial risk.
10. Blockchain and Technical Risks
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Wallet addresses must be checked carefully, and loss of keys can result in loss of access. Smart contracts, networks, services and interfaces may have technical risks, fail or become unavailable.
- Token value can fluctuate. Nothing here guarantees security, availability or value.
11. Tax and Legal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for evaluating any tax, reporting and legal obligations that may apply to them.
- Paws of Pampa does not provide individualized tax, legal, financial or investment advice.
12. Program Changes, Suspension and Termination
Paws of Pampa may change, pause, limit or discontinue future operation of the Contributor Program.
- Changes do not automatically eliminate vested rights, transferred tokens or rights already granted under separate binding grant terms where those rights cannot lawfully or contractually be removed.
- Material future terms changes will use a new version.
13. Privacy and Data Use
The Contributor Program processes submitted X username, X profile URL, public BSC wallet address, optional approximate follower count and optional content interests. It also records the accepted terms version and acceptance timestamp.
- Private operational review data may include review status and internal operational notes. It is not publicly displayed through the Contributor Program.
- The data may be used for registration administration, duplicate prevention, security and abuse prevention, qualitative review, program administration, recordkeeping and enforcement of program rules. Refer to the Privacy page and official Paws of Pampa channels for applicable information.
